What's Covered
- Cabinet alignment and leveling
- Wall and base cabinet mounting and anchoring
- Door and drawer hardware installation
- Structural integrity of installed cabinets
- 5-year workmanship guarantee on all labor
- Filler, cover panel, and toekick fitting
What's Not Covered
- IKEA product defects — covered by IKEA's own 25-year warranty
- Plumbing or electrical work performed by others
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications by others
- Countertop fabrication issues (covered by fabricator's warranty)
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Call or email us with a description of the issue. Include photos if possible so we can assess the situation quickly.

Inspection
We'll schedule an on-site visit to inspect the issue. In many cases, we can identify the cause and plan the fix during the same visit.

Resolution
We'll repair or correct the installation at no cost to you if it falls under our warranty. Most claims are resolved within a week.
